孙平教授团队在管理学与旅游学国际期刊Tourism Management发表最新研究成果
近日，管理学院孙平教授团队的最新研究成果“Can talented tour guides truly not be retained? Exploring the development of tour guides’ career resilience under stressful conditions”在管理学与旅游学国际期刊Tourism Management在线发表。该期刊是国际顶尖旅游学术期刊，SSCI一区，影响因子10.9，ABS四星级期刊。孙平教授为第一作者，管理学院硕士研究生吕铭翾为第二作者，萨里大学senior lecturer刘宏博为通讯作者。
