徐凤增教授团队发表员工赋能和错误管理对服务创新影响的最新研究
近日，管理学院教授徐凤增与萨里大学商学院教授Emily Ma、香港理工大学酒店及旅游业管理学院张云合作的关于酒店服务创新的最新研究成果“Embracing Imperfection: Employee Empowerment and Learning from Errors from the Lens of Positive Psychology”在线发表于管理学与旅游学领域国际学术期刊International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management（ABS 3，JCR & 中科院一区，影响因子9.0）。徐凤增教授为通讯作者，山东大学为唯一通讯作者单位。
